Bon Scott Celebration Concert

The respect that Bon Scott commands was evident on Sunday at the Claremont Showgrounds,                        when along with 15,000 die hard fans, the cream of Australian rock paid tribute to one of the                         most loved men in rock history !

The bands featured on the day included The Angels, Rose Tattoo and The Party Boys,                                  featuring some of Australia's most highly regarded rock musicians, including former members                             of AC/DC and Status Quo and some extra special guests!

Our Generation lead singer James Morley was invited up by long time friends and drinking                           buddies The Screaming Jets to perform the AC/DC classic                                                                                    Ain’t no fun waitin' round to be a millionaire, on the bass guitar.

As you can see, the partying went long into the night as everyone toasted Bon with                                        one, or two drinks.
